OVERSEAS MINISTRY PARTNERS
In 1996, the Lord inspired Chaplain Ray to create a partnership with local pastors in India to spread God's truth to prisoners overseas. Christian literature is now distributed by IPM in Hindi and other languages for prison outreach in over 1200 prisons in India.
Pastor Bob Hoekstra was the founder and Director of Living in Christ Ministries. He had been in ministry since 1967, including fourteen years in Dallas, TX and eleven years as Pastor of Calvary Chapel of Irvine, CA.

Here at IPM, we want to be used by God in making disciples of Jesus Christ in the often forgotten mission field behind bars in jails and prisons, which exist at home and abroad. Our teaching and discipleship arm, Living in Christ Ministries, helps us do just that.
